Charity for Empowerment and Advocacy for Change Sierra Leone (CEMAC SL) is a locally rooted, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering sustainable development and social transformation across Sierra Leone.

Guided by a vision of empowered, self-reliant communities, CEMAC SL focuses on four core pillars:
